T.A.C. - Target Area Control is a data gathering and collection system (SPC Statistical process control) working during productive cycle.
Use of statistic during productive cycle allows the analysis of measures of each quantity. Measures are classified and analyzed in order to identify rules inside the appearing irregularity emerging from the cycle. It�s like to have a powerful microscope which makes visible something could remain invisible.
T.A.C., Unlike other SPC systems, TAC uses a gathering data system that sets to the process fixed boundaries in order to respect the protocol.
Data elaboration and visualization under chart representation allows a fast analysis and sequential implementation of improvement activities.
The friendly installation, the need of a simple and limited power hardware, the friendly data acquisition process make TAC a SPC system of easy installation and learning.
